The ultimate responsibility for the management of Your Voice Advocacy rests with a Management Committee of trustees/directors (The Management Committee).

Robert Morris

Chairperson

Robert Morris is from Port Talbot. Robert has epilepsy and has been working as a volunteer with Marie Curie and Your Voice Advocacy for 4 years. He started the Monday Club in 2023, which he has hosted every week since and developed into a successful, popular group! Rob has been integral in helping to organise big events for YVA, and has great plans for future ones.
He stepped up to be Chairperson in November 2025, where his brilliant ideas, work ethic and lived experiences will be very helpful for the future of the charity.

Adam Dawkins

Vice Chair

Adam is from Swansea. Adam started funky Zoom Night Club with DJ Dawkins, he likes making people enjoy music. His hobbies include dancing, singing and darts.

Carl West

Treasurer

Carl is YVA’s longest standing Trustee and has provided sound financial advice over many years. He currently works for the accountancy firm Gordon Down in Swansea.

Natalie Fresen

Trustee

With 25+ years in retail, tech and brand storytelling, Natalie is a marketing and content strategist with sharp commercial instincts + a people-first mindset. She is a member of Retail Women in Tech & HighStreetPositives, and is passionate about shifting the narrative on retail, leadership and inclusion.

Michael Hargadon

Trustee

Mike has a background working across the non-profit sector and local government. He believes in the importance of services being designed for and delivered in partnership with people who use them. He is enjoying learning from colleagues at Your Voice Advocacy about best ways to do this.
